What are Alphapex's delivery options?

Free curbside delivery service.

Domestic Curbside Delivery:

Delivery within 6 weeks after receiving your order.

Please ensure that there is clear and safe access to this location for our delivery team.

Please note that for curbside delivery, customers are responsible for receiving and installing the product after delivery.

Please note that ice baths come fully assembled.

Once your order is confirmed, please allow time for processing and an additional time for the construction of your ice bath before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your ice bath is on its way.

What is Alphapex's warranty?

The warranty period of 1 year applies to the Ice baths supplied by Alphapex.
The 1-year warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Is it simple to maintain my ice bath?

Yes - All Alphapex’s Ice Baths are designed with ease of maintenance in mind. Follow these simple steps to ensure they remain in top-notch condition and deliver the ultimate chilling experience:

1. For all Ice baths with chillers, the water should be changed every 3 to 6 months for daily and monthly users, respectfully.

2. All Ice baths should have their surfaces wiped down regularly and kept free of any dust/debris, especially when keeping the bath outside.

3. Ensure the space around the Ice Bath has been kept free of debris.

4. Check the water inlet and drainage often to ensure free movement of water.

What is Alphapex's returns policy?

In the event that you receive damaged or faulty items, Alphapex offer a straightforward returns policy to address your concerns promptly.

Refund or Replacement Parts: AlphaPex provides two options to resolve issues with damaged or faulty products. You can choose between:

Refund: A refund will be issued for the entire purchase price of the product.

Replacement Parts: For damaged or faulty parts that haven't been broken due to human error, replacement parts are offered to restore your product to its intended functionality.

Processing Time: We understand the importance of a swift resolution. Exchanges involving replacement parts will be promptly dispatched to your chosen address. Refunds may take between 3 to 10 working days to be reflected in your account.

Conditions for Returns and Replacements:

Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Returns or replacement part requests must be initiated within 365 days of receiving the product.

Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
