What are The 3° Clubs delivery options?
Free curbside delivery service or paid professional installation service available.
Domestic Curbside Delivery:
Delivery in 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. You will receive a notification upon purchase and another
notification when your order has shipped. If you have a preferred delivery date in mind, please email us at hello@icebathcompany.uk
Deliveries are made from 8 am - 6 pm on weekdays. You will receive a text message notification with your estimated delivery time slot on the day of delivery.
Please note that for curbside delivery, customers are
responsible for receiving and installing the product after delivery.
Domestic Professional installation:
Please contact us to discuss professional installation of your ice bath or chill tub. This service has a variable cost determined by the distance from the supplier and the access on-site. We aim to deliver and install your ice bath/chill tub in 4-10 working days.
What is The 3° Club's warranty?
The warranty period of 2 years applies to the Ice baths and chill tubs supplied by THE THREE DEGREE CLUB LTD. The 2-year warranty begins on the date of delivery. For any further information on the warranty please contact us at hello@icebathcompany.uk
Is it simple to maintain my ice bath?
Yes - The 3° Club Ice baths require just 6 simple steps to ensure they
remain in top-notch condition and deliver the ultimate chilling experience:
1. Regularly check the filter and replace it when required. The filter will visibly change colour and become much darker when it requires changing. This will typically be once every 30 days if the product is used once a day. You can purchase new filters here.
2. The water should be changed every 3 to 6 months for daily and monthly users, respectfully.
3. Wipe down the surfaces and keep the vents free of any dust/debris, especially when keeping the chill tub outside.
4. Ensure the space around the chill tub has been kept free of debris. For example, if kept outside do not allow leaves to collect around the vent.
5. Check the water inlet and drainage often to ensure free movement of water.
6. Clean the sides of the chiller to ensure efficient heat exchange.
What is The 3° Club's returns policy?
You may return eligible items purchased from THE THREE DEGREE CLUB LTD. within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original
packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any product that is damaged, used, or not in its original condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

What are H2O Spa's Delivery options?
Free curbside delivery service or paid professional installation service available.
Curbside Delivery: Within 10 working days.
Please note that for curbside delivery, customers are
responsible for receiving and installing the product after delivery.
Professional installation: This service costs £250 and can
be selected at checkout. Please see our Delivery Guide for more details.
What is H20 Spa's warranty?
H20 Spa offer a 2 Year Parts & Labour Warranty on the Chillax Ice Bath & Cool Tub.
How much do the Ice Bath's cost to run?
As with all Ice Baths, there is a cost involved to run. However, H2O Spa
have added lots of clever features to keep running costs down. This includes a dedicated circulation pump that runs at a lower ampage than a main jet pump on
low speed. Their Ice Baths also come with a 100mm insulated top cover, insulated cabinet and insulated floor and acrylic shell.
What chemicals do you need to use?
When we deliver your hot tub, we will go through everything you need to know and give you a set up demonstration. Our chlorine
starter kit is the perfect starter accessory!
Do you need to switch the Ice Bath off after every use?
We recommend you leave your Ice Bath running at all times, unless you are planning to not use it or are away for an extended period of time. Ice Tubs can be used all year round so there’s no reason why you would need to turn it off.
Keeping your hot tub at a steady temperature means you can take a dip every day.
What is H20 Spa's refunds & returns policy?
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can
return your Ice Bath within 14 days of delivery. Please see H20'S Refunds and Returns policy.

What are Alphapex's Delivery options?
Free curbside delivery service.
Domestic Curbside Delivery:
Delivery within 6 weeks after receiving your order.
Please ensure that there is clear and safe access to this location for our delivery team.
Please note that for curbside delivery, customers are responsible for receiving and installing the product after delivery.
Please note that ice baths come fully assembled.
Once your order is confirmed, please allow time for processing and an additional time for the construction of your ice bath before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your ice bath is on its way.

What is Alphapex's Warranty?

Yes - All Alphapex’s Ice Baths are designed with ease of maintenance in mind. Follow these simple steps to ensure they remain in top-notch condition and deliver the ultimate chilling experience:
For all Ice baths with chillers, the water should be changed every 3 to 6 months for daily and monthly users, respectfully.
All Ice baths should have their surfaces wiped down regularly and kept free of any dust/debris, especially when keeping the bath outside.

What is Alphapex's returns policy?
In the event that you receive damaged or faulty items, Alphapex offer a straightforward returns policy to address your concerns promptly.
Refund or Replacement Parts:Â AlphaPex provides two options to resolve issues with damaged or faulty products. You can choose between:
Refund:Â A refund will be issued for the entire purchase price of the product.
Replacement Parts:Â For damaged or faulty parts that haven't been broken due to human error, replacement parts are offered to restore your product to its intended functionality.
Processing Time:Â We understand the importance of a swift resolution. Exchanges involving replacement parts will be promptly dispatched to your chosen address. Refunds may take between 3 to 10 working days to be reflected in your account.
Conditions for Returns and Replacements:
Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or replacement part requests must be initiated within 365 days of receiving the product.
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
