  1. Refund: A refund will be issued for the entire purchase price of the product.
  2. Replacement Parts: For damaged or faulty parts that haven't been broken due to human error, replacement parts are offered to restore your product to its intended functionality.

Processing Time: We understand the importance of a swift resolution. Exchanges involving replacement parts will be promptly dispatched to your chosen address. Refunds may take between 3 to 10 working days to be reflected in your account.

Conditions for Returns and Replacements:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
